Pizza & Pasta Napoli — Restaurant in Galway

5 euro a slice which was served lukewarm, the cheese was still cold. When I asked if it could be reheated I was told it couldn't as I had taken a bite and it couldn't be put back into the oven. Fair enough, I had taken 2 bites from the slice, however, I went in as soon as I knew it was definitely still cold in the middle. I'd have been happy if they even offered to microwave it. The staff were not willing to help. I ordered and paid for a new slice to be met with "your extra hot slice is on the way, the hot slice is nearly there, here's your extra hot slice" type of sarcasm. I've been going to Napoli's for years and the pizza quality is normally great but after the unnecessary sarcasm and service today I won't be recommending it to anyone...

Pizza & Pasta Napoli has been one of my favorite restaurants in Galway for the last few years. In the years since I was introduced to the place, I have never been let down. Every visit has been a pleasure and I always have a great experience! The place offers a variety of pizzas, pastas, and toppings for excellent value. The staff are always kind and friendly, and the food is delicious! My friends and I always try and stop by when we are in town, and we never leave hungry! The prompt service and pleasant atmosphere always make this place a delight to eat...

Was here on St Patrick's Day with some friends. We paid for our slices and stepped to other queue for food. My friends get their slices with no problem but for some reason I didn't. The guy keep saying that I have to paid first, to which I replied I did. It's continued for like three times until the cashier girl told him that I paid. The guy then finally gave me my slice, no even apologize. I took pepperoni slice and it was meh, there are better places in Galway with better...
