Hangrys — Restaurant in Limerick

Ordered using ubereats. Food arrived 1.5 hours after ordering. I missed a call from the restaurant so i called back a couple of minutes later, I was then rudely informed that the driver had dropped the food at the wrong house because I had missed a phone call 2 minutes prior (despite my missed call being from the companies landline). They proceeded to tell me very rudely that it was my fault, however in the meantime they had miraculously remade my food. The driver had also picked it up in the minutes between the missed call, delivering the food to the wrong house and me calling back. I was told he would be with me in 5 minutes. Thr driver called me off a mobile 5 minutes later and delivered the food. The place when I walked in felt like walking in to a fancy restaurant, there was 2 menus so me and my father took one to see it, there was so many options, I took the Donner Kebab, my father did the same and we ordered a small pizza just in case if we were still hungry. The wait time was about a 1-3 minutes before our food came, and oh my.. The food was delicious and exquisite. Food always good , never had any issue , guys taking food orders need to get a serious refreshment on customer service skills, 4 times I had to tell the I wanted stuffed crust on my pizza and still forgot it when repeating back the order , when I enquired about making an adjustment to my meal that was available on just eat over the phone the response I got was “order on just eat then” which I thought was very unprofessional.
