Supermac's & Papa John's Burrin St Carlow — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Carlow

We ordered food for delivery at 4:30 the food still didn’t come when it was 5:30 even though the delivery time said it was going to come at 5:05 we called in between several times to try and find out where the food was and each time we had been told that it was on the way and that the driver had just left, third time we called One of the staff told us that the driver came back and apparently knocked on our door however we didn’t even get so much as a phone call and we live in a flat so he couldn’t possibly knock on our door. Then they proceeded to say they were very busy and basically making up excuses when they told us they were making new food and bring us back over to us, we said that wasn’t a problem and waited. However half an hour went by we still didn’t hear anything so we decided to call again we tried to ask for a manager but the staff was so rude and not understanding of the situation when we asked for the staffs name they told us their name was “Santa” and proceeded to laugh, this is so unprofessional and when the food came the chips were not cooked properly and the pizza was raw...

I like to go here every now and then for a sweet treat. A few weeks ago I entered the restaurant just before closing. I was served by a lovely girl called Rachel. I asked if there were any cookies left. She took a look and said there were 2. I said I'd love to have them thanks. A manager in the vicinity commented that I was very nice and told me I was probably their customer of the day. Which I found very nice. As Rachel was grabbing me my cookies, she said that a few more just became available and asked me if I'd like some more. I said I'd take another 2 if possible please. So she handed me 4 cookies. I grabbed my card to pay but she told me that it was okay I could have the other 2 for no extra charge. She wished me a wonderful rest of my night then. I asked her, her name and promised to leave her a good review. Thank you Rachel and her manager for putting a smile in my face and treating me so kindly. I can't believe it took me so long to come here and rate this place. I lived in Carlow for a year, and among people and experiences one of the best things I discovered was Supermac's and it's Taco Fries. This is a place to make friends, to enjoy, to meet. Don't change ever, I'll visit every time I'm in town.

Update: just went today and it is just the same, food is AMAZING, service professional and caring, the place have plenty of space, and it is just so good that McDonald's is trying to ban them from going abroad (spoiler: they're afraid).
