Argiro — Restaurant in Bari

Official opening time is posted on the website at 21.30. When we paying the bill, it turned out that the restaurant is only open until 9.00 p.m. and the 21.30 is the time when the staff goes home. After 9.00 p.m the service was rude. How could we know that the place closes half an hour earlier, if there was other information on the website. The worst thing was that 20 minutes before 21.00 it was impossible to use the toilet. Our bill had the wrong amount and wrong items. If we knew that this is how our visit will look like, we would choose a different place....

They asked 25 euros for bad service and two glasses of cheap prosecco and one glass of house rose, not happy but willing to pay. But then, the Internet is not working, and it seems to be a regular occurrence. I waited more than ten minutes to pay. When I said I had to leave to catch a train (repeatedly), they told me I HAVE TO go to another bar ten mins away walking to pay. No apology, or please, nothing. Not my problem, I'm taking my train.

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely...

Sul prodotto nulla da eccepire. Sul rispetto delle norme anticovid, invece, ci darebbe da dire tantissimo! Su tre caffè presi, la quasi totalità degli addetti serviva i clienti con la mascherina sotto il mento. Per non parlare dei fornitori, che entrano nel bar senza mascherina, parlando a volto scoperto accanto ai clienti che degustano al bancone. Alla mia cortese richiesta di indossarla come prevede la norma, ti guardano come se cadessero dal pero e nulla fosse successo in questi due anni. Dimenticando che proprio il lavoro quotidiano deve essere svolto nel pieno rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e non già del proprio comodo, oltretutto pensando di autoassolversi, criticando il cliente. Mai più tornata. Peccato perdere clienti solo per negligenza e strafottenza... Ormai i locali a Bari dovrebbero essere scelti più oculatamente, in base al grado di rispetto verso il cliente e le norme di legge. Il Covid non a tutti ha...
