Fra Bo - Pizzeria Ristorante — Restaurant in Bari

I went to this restaurant on Sunday 16.08.2020. 2/3 of tables occupied 1/3 free but with dishes of previous guests. I was told to wait to be seated. I was there the only person! and waiting 5...10... minutes and the staff was running around but not cleaning the tables and more interested in conversations with other guests and joking. Some Italian people came and were waiting with me, but..... after 5 minutes they got a table. I was still ignored, maybe the waiters just think that people enjoy staying over 15 minutes WITHOUT QUEUE in front of the entrance of some restaurant? Or they just have too much money and they serve only the customers they want. I have asked a waiter what this situation should mean and this behavior and just went out. The food was good, the personnel was the problem. First of all, the waiters messed up the orders, our order was brought to other table. Beside this, we ordered together and we ate separately, because all the food we ordered was brought in turns. We ordered pizzas and pasta, some fried fish (usual food that they had in the menu) and they were not able to bring everything we ordered to the table in one turn. When we got at the place, the restaurant was quiet, but after 30 min, it got really crowded, the waiters (although they were many) started to mess most of the clients orders. We wanted to try the dessert also, but after the experience we had with the food, definitely none of us wanted to wait for another 30 min to get the dessert (or the wrong dessert). I don't...

Esperienza molto deludente, e parlo a nome di tutti i miei amici... ma partiamo con ordine. Partendo dal prezzo, state pagando la location, poiché la pizza di per sé non è niente di speciale e per dirla tutta, ci abbiamo trovato anche parecchia farina sotto... ma va bene, andiamo oltre: alla fine nessuno si è poi sentito male e gli ingredienti si sono rivelati freschi, ma pagando di più, ci si aspetta, qualcosa in più. Il locale è di per sé carino, ed è caratteristico il fatto di nominare le pizza come "fra tizio" e "fra caio"... anche se volendo una semplice capricciosa, lo starsi a leggere tutti i nomi del tentativo di trovare la corrispondenza può rivelarsi fastidioso. Ma passiamo ora alla nota più dolente di tutte: il servizio! Tempi di attesa infiniti per la pizza? In realtà no, quanto per l'acqua: per farci portare altre bottiglie (poiché altro dettaglio, si moriva di caldo!) abbiamo dovuto quasi supplicare il cameriere, che visibilmente stizzito nel doverci portare la suddetta bevanda -come se di fatto non la dovessimo pagare- ci diceva che l'acqua "sarebbe arrivata", e tutti noi ci siamo chiesti se effettivamente nelle cucine vi fosse la sorgente stessa, poiché l'acqua, di fatto, sarebbe arrivata dopo un altro quarto d'ora e altre due persone che avrebbero dovuto chiederlo. Quando finalmente la "santa" acqua è arrivata, in risposta alla richiesta di averne una frizzante, il cameriere ci ha elargito una malevola nota di presunzione, affermando di averla già portata. Nel leggerle possono sembrarvi fesserie, ma vi assicuro che nell'insieme, vissute, hanno il loro peso. Insomma: prezzi esageratamente alti per del cibo mediocre, personale che evidentemente non ha molta voglia di lavorare e un caldo infernale! Sono solito riservare "le 1 stelle" a quei locali sporchi che servono cibo andato a male: non è questo il caso, ma di certo, la nostra è un'esperienza che di certo non...
