Ristorante KELA Bistrot — Restaurant in Bari

We went to the restaurant for lunch. It would have been bad if we were the only guests. The waiter could not show a menu, only recommended dishes from a sheet. We chose fresh fried fish and seafood with local pasta. The fried fish was rather boiled fish, which was not cleaned and prepared together, so the scales and bones had to be cut off one by one, the fish meat was tasteless, and the side dish was cold. Among the seafood, the crayfish and shrimp, pieces of octopus were missing, otherwise the food was tasteless, a little salt helped to make it eatable. Esperienza positiva al KELA Bistrot fin dal momento in cui sono entrato, l'atmosfera accogliente e l'arredamento moderno con un tocco sobrio mi hanno subito messo a mio agio. Il titolare è stato incredibilmente gentile, attento e preparato, pronto a consigliare i piatti migliori e a rispondere a ogni mia domanda con un sorriso. Ma il vero protagonista è stato, senza dubbio, il cibo. La freschezza del pesce era palpabile in ogni boccone. Abbiamo iniziato con gli antipasti, Polpo arrosto, Crudo di mare e Tris di frittelline, un tripudio di sapori delicati e profumi di mare che mi hanno aperto l'appetito in modo sublime. Come piatto principale, abbiamo optato per i Fagottini al ragù di tonno e Ravioli ai porcini con fave e n'duja, una vera delizia per il palato. La cottura era perfetta, esaltando la consistenza e il sapore autentico del pesce, accompagnato da contorni freschi e saporiti. Anche la carta dei vini era ben fornita, con ottime etichette che si abbinavano splendidamente ai piatti di pesce. Abbiamo optato per un buon Verdeca per concludere in dolcezza, con le Praline è stata la ciliegina sulla torta, un finale leggero e gustoso che ha lasciato un ricordo piacevolissimo. Considerando la qualità degli ingredienti, la meticolosa preparazione e l'eccellenza del servizio, il rapporto qualità-prezzo si attesta su livelli di assoluta onestà.
