One of the better tagliere locations… So yeah, Bologna has definitely turned into one of those places where everybody - every care, every bar, every resto, every… - has a tagliere (think “meat and cheese plate”). And they’re not bad, but they’re certainly not what they used to be, with a remarkable sameness to all of it. An excellent sameness kind you, but a sameness nevertheless. Here, things are a touch different - the products are uniformly of high quality, and this is key, they frequently run out! Drink was good but prices were scam! outside was a sign “Bologna Spritz 4€”, we came in to try these. on the menu they suddenly cost 4,50€, which would be fine but why would they lie on the sign outside?! and then the best: we only had two spritz but had to pay 2€ for service! we didn’t have food or anything! so in the end it was 5,50€ for a Bologna Spritz instead of 4€. would not go there...

That was an interesting experience. I didn’t know about Tigelle and at first sight it seemed like a regular bistro.
