Opera Caffè e Tulipani — Restaurant in Bologna

This place is so peaceful. I had a chance to sit on the balcony alone a few times, and even when there were other people around, they were quiet too. Although it’s located in the very center, it feels like a quiet retreat far away from the city noise. I think this place is a true oasis of calm – not only for tourists but also for people from Bologna. The food is fresh and really tasty, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They take care of the guests in such a genuine way that you simply don’t want to leave. I came here based on a recommendation from my host, and I sincerely recommend it to others. Thank you for this peaceful moment in such a big and noisy city – I know this won’t be my last time...

AMAZING!!! Everything here is just so good!! Starting from the friendly atmosphere to the unique decor makes everything special! GENUINE is the right word for this restaurant, from the staff to the chef to the food. The food is super delicious by far the best tortellini I have ever had!!!

How we got here to this place? We were walking and checking were to go for some food. We were about to walk in to what is a 5 star review on google restaurant and we heard a food guide walking past saying that it was not as good as they say… so we asked him were to go and we end up here and we can’t thank enough that guy because it was the most surprising delicious experience!! Cute Restaurant perfect for brunch. Interesting style with all photos and old deco. It has 2 terraces. One in the street, one inside that faces a canal. The water wasn't running high but you could still hear it. From there it felt like being in Venice. It was very nice.

Staff were nice and also very quick to serve. Coffee was tasty and had a great variety of Salty and Sweet options. I really liked that considering most places only offered sweet breakfasts. We even manged to get scrambled eggs (which apparently is not a thing in Italy)

Vegan cake was also...
