We were drawn in by the lively atmosphere. We ordered two of the pork ribs, the honey burger. and the buckwheat pasta, and a caprice salad. The beef in the burger was very well done and dry. The tomatoes in the salad were a bit green and almost flavorless. One set of ribs was good except for the end few ribs were dry. The other set of ribs was very dry. The pasta was ok. I had the overcooked ribs, I ate one of the ribs, cut another piece in a different place to see if it was less overcooked, but that was dried out too, so I set the dish aside. You could visually easily see how dry the meat was compared to the other order. My friends encouraged me to tell the waitress. She told me “it’s all cooked the same” and left. When she came back, we asked to speak to the chef or manager. He came and said it’s ok and took the dish away.
