Worst service I experienced in Years.

Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was the worst service experience I've had in years. We had to wait half an hour just to get the menu, but it never came. After we asked for it, the staff completely ignored us. After another 30 minutes of waiting, during which no one came to take our order, we finally left.

As someone who works in the service industry myself, I can say that this behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I am genuinely ashamed that such conditions exist in hospitality. Treating guests with such disrespect should...

The pizza was really good but the service was not good. We asked for a table outside which they never gave us even though the outside terrace had space later on. We ordered 3 tuna salads at €15 each so not cheap and only when looking at the menu again when leaving did we realise there was no tuna on any of our salads. Of course mistakes happen however when telling the waitress and expecting a gesture of goodwill or at least a sincere apology. Instead she just laughed and shrugged and clearly couldn’t care less. The service is incredibly low quality. The two waiters were vary nasty. They slammed dishes and serve at the table as they were making us a favour. They rudely ask us to move our shopping bags without offering another angle to place them….I think that they should find another job. The pizza topping was of scarce quality: 48 euro for two bad pizza, two standard biers, a bottle of water and a coffee. We ran away and promise not to come back again.
