Pims burger&more — Restaurant in Bolzano - Bozen

Far from being the real gourmet burgers that seems to be. Berta is not "juicy" at all, there was no balance in the ingredients, everything very dry, only taste to cheese, my mouth was dry after it, too much bread and missing lacky of freshness. I couldn't taste the meat and it was so so dry, they should ask about the point of cocktion, but if you overcook a good meat as you are trying to sell.. you are loosing the product. The sweet potatoes were carbonize, totally dehydrated and burner. I tasted some other burger from the rest of the people and also they were not surprising and less thinking of the price they have.. fast attention and...

The burgers were really delicious but what I don't understand is, why in the summer season/vacation season, when a lot of people visit Bolzano, they only have two employees available for the whole restaurant ? One of the waitresses even made the drinks herself so there was only one waitress taking orders and distributing them. The waitresses were so busy, they seemed very impatient when it took us longer to say our order. Then we had to wait also pretty long time to pay for our lunch. It kinda destroyed the whole experience. In the end I just felt sorry for the employees because of the crazy amount of work they had when...

Questa è la nostra esperienza in questo posto. Chiamiamo tempo fa per prenotare un tavolo all’ora di pranzo per 4 adulti e un bambino. Ci dicono che non si prenota, si arriva lì e si aspetta il proprio turno. Benissimo! Arriviamo alle 13 (chiusura alle 14.30) e ci dicono che sono pieni e che non si sarebbe liberato un posto neanche entro le 14.30! Assurdo perché avevamo solo una coppia davanti a noi, quindi un tavolo da 2, non da 5. Niente, ce ne andiamo. Passano un po’ di mesi, decidiamo di riprovarci per cena ma stavolta in 2 adulti più un bambino. Arriviamo alle 18.15. Sapendo che non accettavano prenotazioni, siamo arrivati li direttamente. Indovinate un po’? I tavoli erano tutti prenotati ( ancora vuoti). Guardo il cameriere e gli chiedo: “avete cambiato sistema per le prenotazioni? Perché quando siamo venuti a pranzo ci avete detto che non accettavate prenotazioni.” Lui: “ No, solo a cena facciamo prenotazioni. Se volete abbiamo posto al bancone”. Primo: Dove sta scritta questa cosa???? Sul sito non c’è scritto, su google non c’è scritto. Volete almeno scrivere questa stupidaggine da qualche parte? Secondo: i tavoli sono rimasti vuoti fino a quando abbiamo finito di mangiare, esattamente alle 19.20. Se fate prenotazioni dei tavoli solo a cena, le persone vi avranno dato un orario oppure si sono prenotate per tutta la sera dalle 18 alle 22.30? Sapendo gli orari di arrivo, non potevi farci sedere dicendoci che avremmo dovuto consumare entro 1 ora di tempo o poco più? Costretti a mangiare sul bancone con un bambino di 8 mesi e mezzo sugli sgabelli con i tavoli intorno a noi completamente vuoti con il cartellino “Reserviert”.
