Konditorei Klaus — Restaurant in Bolzano - Bozen

Superb , delicious and chilled outdoor seating. I happened to turn the corner after coming downhill from a short morning hike . I spotted Konditerei Klaus and the large outdoor umbrella ambiance and that was the " deal sealer " for me. Surrounding streets were packed and I saw at least a dozen people from outside , on the street, eyeing the shady umbrella. Excellent chill factor but very busy and sought after outdoor seating. The pasteries , a sour cherry tart and an incredibly creamy nougat cakelet were excellent. My affogato and the Yoga peach ice tea were refreshing after the morning hike. Service was great even though our server was slammed with business! Prices were reasonable. Final take---definitely a retun visit is in order..................maybe...

Nice spot for Italian breakfast. Also many locals come here for coffee and brioche/cornetto/croissant. Service was efficient and friendly. Nice outside seating area was full, but inside seating area is ok too. We enjoyed our breakfast. Other options such as cakes also looked good....
