Locale storico nel centro di Merano. Appena entri non sembra una vera Trattoria, perché il locale è ben curato con addirittura un acquario gigantesco a vista sotto un tavolo. Ho pranzato proprio lì, in quella sorta di "grotta" con questi pesci fantastici che si muovevano spensierati.
Nel menù ci sono una varietà di prodotti non solo locali ma anche di tipici di diverse regioni Italiane. Dallo spaghetto alle vongole alla parmigiana, al panino con hamburger, all'entrecote. Io ho preso l'antipasto "Speck gourmet: ovvero tortel di patate, speck, mostarda e ovviamente lo speck. Mia moglie la parmigiana.
L'ho provata, niente male, non c'era tanta provola quanto tanto parmigiano. Per secondo io ho preso la guancia di manzo al lagrein e polenta. Mia moglie Ribeye argentino. Posso dire che ho preferito la guancia. Era ECCEZIONALE.
Non che la Ribeye non era buona attenzione, ma ho preferito maggiormente la guancia perché era cotta alla perfezione. Si sfaldava benissimo, era tenera, non secca ma succosissima, non era affatto salata e con una salsa super saporita.
