TL;DR: The place is very very nice but be prepared to pay a little extra. However, at least imo the prices were fair. Service is amazing and all the servers speak English as well as Italian. There was also a waiter happy to converse with us in german!

Im staring the review by saying that the restaurant is as expensive as it looks. I found however, the price for the service provided and the food itself fair, so I'm not going to count this as a negative. But if you're looking to eat something a bit cheaper, maybe you should try something else.

We arrived without a reservation and thankfully they let us sit. Not sure if thats always the case tho, so maybe call them in advance to let them know youre coming. We were a multicultural group but the waiters were more than happy to explain the concept in both Italian and English so that everyone understands:

Basically there is no menu. You get a first round of starters and another round of salads to share. Those include various Brazilian as well Sardenian tastes which I found really tasty and I noted that the rest of the group found at least everything very interesting. After this, waiters will start bringing different types of meat in skewers and ask you if you want to try. We had multiple choices of different types of meat cooked differently and all of them were very unique.

This concept may not be for everyone, and it's certainly a good idea to be aware of it in advance. You have to be at least a little bit ok with letting go of the control of ordering your own dish and instead embrace the differnt meat coming your way all the time.

We also tried the deserts which were all very tasty - but ok. You're in Italy, they do know how to make their sweets! :)

If I had to nitpick, I'd say that the cocktails we had were "just ok" but we didn't expect anything grandiose and they were not bad by any means.

Didn't visit the toilet, but judging from the rest of the place it should have been fairly clean. Also none of the people in the group who did visit...

Stepping into this Brazilian meat haven is like entering a carnivore’s paradise, where every detail is crafted to elevate your dining experience to unforgettable heights. This restaurant offers a singular, spectacular choice: a 10-course dinner showcasing an exquisite array of perfectly cooked meats, each more succulent than the last. From tender, smoky picanha to melt-in-your-mouth ribeye, every bite is a celebration of flavor and craftsmanship. What sets this place apart is not just the meat—though it’s undeniably the star—but the entire experience. The accompanying side dishes, a vibrant medley of fresh, flavorful vegetables, are thoughtfully curated to complement the richness of the main event. Each plate is a work of art, balancing colors, textures, and tastes with finesse. The staff here are nothing short of exceptional. Professional, warm, and genuinely passionate, they guide you through the meal with a level of service that feels both polished and personal. The atmosphere seals the deal: moody lighting casts a cozy glow, well-chosen furniture creates an inviting elegance, and soft, ambient sounds weave it all together into a perfect dining ambiance. But the true showstopper? The theatrical presentation of the meat, carved tableside from a gleaming sword with flair and precision. It’s a ritual that adds a touch of drama and makes every course feel like an event. This isn’t just dinner—it’s a sensory journey that leaves you savoring every moment. Five stars, without hesitation, for a restaurant that redefines indulgence.

My own thoughts, but written with the...

We stayed nearby and found Fogo to have dinner as I was celebrating my birthday. I have been to quite a few Brazilian restaurants and this one was a memorable in many ways. The ambiance was relaxed and tropical in nature. The host was very pleasant and was able to let us dine when we arrived. It was a little warm and I asked the waitstaff to turn on the fan to help circulate the air. We had two waiters but Nico stood out even more by engaging in casual conversation that I initiated. The food was top notch and excellent so you will not be dissatisfied in any way. My wife wasn't feeling well about an hour into dinner. I had to rush to the hotel to grab her medication. Nico attended to her and helped her as needed until I returned. He assisted in helping my wife to another seated area so she could lie down as I had the host call a cab. Nico waited outside to flag down the cab so we could return back to the hotel where my wife could lay down and feel better. I just wanted to praise Nico for his actions and it was really appreciated. I will definitely return to dine again knowing that they care about their customers in every aspect of your dining experience from beginning to end. You won't go wrong eating here and you will be taken care of by everyone. Thank...

Pensava volessi mangiarla a gratis?

If there was 6 star option I would totally give it. This place is just incredible; from the sophisticate atmosphere, to the very little details, without mentioning the greatest staff ever working in here. Menu’s are cured to perfection for a unique experience merging Sardinian delicatessen with the Brasilian fire! I couldn’t recommend anything similar through all churrascaria I ve been as a meat lover..a must do if you visit Cagliari, or in Alghero in summer time!! Thanks a lot for the amazing evening, will be back for sure!
