Sushi Tao — Restaurant in Cagliari

I had to write an review for this gem in Cagliari. The place looks great, the food was really fresh, very delicious and also well presented! Attendfull service (we took a little longer with choosing the dishes since there were so many which was no problem)

After we've paid, right before when we were leaving, we were hold up and got offered to taste some Yuzu Sake at the bar which was my first time to try it. Guys and gals it was really really good! Will definitely remember my visit here.

I would recommend anyone to try this a la carte sushi restaurant when...

Lunched here twice—food is exceptional! Sushi, sashimi, and uramaki are all fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. Creative menu items—like tuna millefoglie, foie gras wagyu nigiri, and specially crafted uramakis—stand out. The dining room is elegant and refined, with a calm, fusion-inspired decor.

Only downside: the service feels average. Staff is polite, but the welcome and attentiveness could match the food’s excellence. Still, highly recommended for an elevated sushi experience...

We had two Thai salads, which were good, although we found very tiny sand grains that ruined the taste. The server said he would mention it to the chef, but we didn't get any reply. Deluxe sashimi was delicious and top fresh fish. A small rice bowl would have been welcome with the sashimi. We had to ask for ginger it wasn't proposed on the plate. The Is Argiolas white wine a good choice for it's price. I recommand this place for it's fresh...
