Prezzi altissimi, servizio lento e non capace di fronteggiare con positività i rapporti con la clientela. Me lo aveva detto un sacco di gente che il signore che lavora la ha l'abitudine ad essere strafottente e nelle recensioni viene ripetuto altrettante volte. Ho provato a chiedere una modifica al piatto che aveva sbagliato in modo molto cortese ma lui si è offeso subito. Ha cominciato a rispondere in modo molto confrontante, scocciato e offensivo accusandomi di non sapere che loro li non hanno uno strumento adatto a quel piatto (ma io che ne so? Oppure: perché non lo dici prima nel momento dell'ordine? Perché non ti compri lo strumento? ) A me inizialmente dispiaceva ma quando ho capito che non aveva voglia di collaborare ma solo di mettere in difficoltà me ne sono fregato. Brutta esperienza però.
