We went here on our first night and the pizza was decent. Nothing amazing, but passable enough that we thought it might be a safe, reliable option to bring the kids back to. Big mistake.

The second visit was a complete joke. We ordered two takeaway pizzas and then stood waiting at the counter for 15 minutes just to pay. During that time, the server poured shots for someone who had just walked in, had a leisurely chat with other people that just walked in, served meals to at least 3 other tables, and basically did everything except acknowledge we were still standing there waiting. Only when he had nothing else to do he finally took our payment.

We then waited over 40 minutes for those two pizzas while watching multiple other tables, who had ordered after us, be served first, including their takeaway pizzas. At first we thought it might just be a delay in the kitchen, but it became increasingly obvious that our order had either been ignored or they were just serving whoever they felt like.

We are not normally the kind of people to get upset if orders don't go right or other people that were there first get their food first but this was the attitude of a place that doesn't actually care about serving their customers or a place that has any pride in their business.

There are too many good places around to waste your time on this one. Go find somewhere other than this place and enjoy...

Not a place for take out. Pizza was good but not nearly good enough for the amount of time it took to get it. In all, 40 minutes from ordering it (in person) to handing it to us. Not sure why it took so long as we only saw 3 other pizzas come out of the oven before ours. These style of pizzas take 60-90 seconds to cook I have so clue of what was going on in the kitchen and it appeared all the other tables had already been served their meals so it wasn't like the chef was super busy. The pizza did taste very good but for take out this place is just way too slow. With that said the table that ordered their two pizzas prior to us arriving complained a LOT about how slow their pizzas were taking and they were local Italians so it's not like I was an impatient tourist...

Ok, you definitely have your pros here: in two, we paid 21€ for a very good-sized, two-plate appetizer, two small pizzas, two waters, a coke and a beer; nice outdoor seating. But the cons really give some weight as to why I probably won’t return... unless it‘s for a quick (hopefully) lunch (because I have heard the sandwiches are bomb). We got there at 7:30, didn’t get to make our order for at least 15 minutes. We waited about a half hour for drinks (and it was a hot evening!). After an hour, we got our appetizer and it’s dirty plates were left until our pizzas came just two hours shy of being seated. I mean, usually a cheap bite also means a quick bite. The quality here is well worth the price, but... not worth the...

Nice pizza. I arrived with a friend not long before they closed and they were very nice and served us anyway. The pizza was nice, tasty dough with good structural integrity (which is more to my preference than other pizzas I’ve had in Florence). Pizza sauce was also nice and had good flavor, unlike other pizza places that just put tomato purée with salt. Pizzas come in 3 diameters (20 cm, 30 cm and I think 50 cm) so you can choose how much you want to eat which I appreciate! The prices are great - I paid around 10.50 euro for a medium margarita and a drink. All in all would recommend trying :)
