Don't eat here. The food is barely edible. They are serving Entrecote (something like a rib-eye) and yet they don't know how to cook them properly. I asked for mine to be medium-well, yet they had served me a rare steak, with waitress asking me whether it is or it is not cooked properly, so they'd "burn" it a bit more. Very unprofessional. They couldn't get our order straight, the waitress was all over the place, even though we were the only guests at the time. The restaurant is "buried", so there is no cellular, which wouldn't be such a problem if there was a WiFi connection. The waitress was writing down our order on an iPhone in an empty message to nobody. The staff barely speaks English, so good luck with trying to explain them or ask them anything. The atmosphere is dull, nothing is going on and it was lunch time (15 o'clock). No live music, not even radio music. Apart from good location, there is nothing I could recommend here. Even the location doesn't matter when you are 5 meters under ground. Pasta is pretty undercooked, not even close to al dente, rock hard....

I was looking to have some seafood and was torn between this place and the restaurant next door. In the end, I chose this one — partly because one of the waiters told me it was one of the oldest Genovese trattorias in the area.
We decided to order pizza for the kids and pasta for ourselves. However, when we asked for a ham pizza, the waiter informed us that they don’t serve ham or any pork products at all. We were quite surprised, especially since we had been told this was an authentic Italian trattoria — and pork products like ham are a staple in Italian cuisine.
As a result, we decided not to stay and eat. Later, I checked the reviews on TripAdvisor and saw that the place appears to be run by staff of Indian or Pakistani origin, not Italians, despite the way it’s advertised.
I believe restaurants should be transparent about their concept and background, especially when marketing themselves as...
Read moreDO NOT EAT HERE! STAY AWAY. Go dine somewhere else. I had dinner here for 2, we came from Milano and we’re often to Savona and Genova to est seafood. This place probably the worst seafood restaurant I’ve been to.
FIRST: We ordered insalata di mare, they gave us warm insalata, no olive oil and polpo didn’t smell good. It was literally just a blanched of seafood then transferred to a plate. I did complain why it was warm, she asked the kitchen staff and told me that how they make seafood salad. Shocking😁 SECOND: We also had acciughe fritti. It was dry and no TASTE. In their menu says they’re using 00 flour but it was actually semolina😂 They insisted that it was tipo 00. Sorry but you can not fool me.
I don’t normally leave reviews and take photos of the food from the restaurant but please if you want your diners enjoy their food HIRE someone who qualified to run...
