I am not one to write reviews but I had to after visiting sandwich shop, was pleasured in meeting the owner who is an expert in sandwich making and flavour combination. For someone who does not speak Italian, I was a little worried as it slowly came to my turn in the que. The owner who speaks English was able to make me 2 sandwich all off of a few simple questions! Hands down the best sandwichs I have ever had! The ingredients are extremely fresh and the flavour combination was on point! I put my complete trust in the owner’s hand and he knocked it out the park! I tried four different sandwiches at Gran Ristoro in Genoa and they were absolutely fantastic. Each one was packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and made with great attention to detail. The bread was perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft inside, and the fillings were generous and well balanced. You can really taste the quality in every bite.
