Centro Botanico — Restaurant in Milan

I've been going to this place for almost a year and the more i go the more i realize how it is not worth it. The prices of the places is way to HIGH. I mean Maca 43 euro ? Are you kidding me ?! But a part that the service is terrible. Every time i come to this place I come out with a bill of 200 euro for nothing and on top of that with horrible service with a line to pay for 20-30 minutes to wait because there is only one girl who do not speak english and not very pleasant either.Last drop was when I was leaving the place with full hand and unfortunately I could move in a right place carrello so I put it with my body almost next to it while walking with navy bags i hear to my back that i have to come back and put it where is suppose to be. Sorry but if I spend at your place every week 200 euro which is about 800 a month which is about 10000 euro a year don't you think you may should have a service for your customers for organizing the place and maybe you should not be cheap and higher a bit more people to work at your place and provide higher quality products for maybe the price what it is actually cost? My point is there is many other place as well as online to go to and i will take my business somewhere else for sure and while i am doing that i will take few more of your customers with me. Calculate how much money you will be loosing just by simply not provide a service and higher one more person. P.S. Someone wrote that is the best place for Veggies eel I tell you they are wrong. The best independent organic shop of Milan. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the new management and owners are much better and more organized than the previous ownership. The new store manager, Marione and his team are absolutely great and if they don’t have a product that you are seeking, they will do their best to get it for you. Passavo per caso e sono rimasto colpito dall’aspetto caratteristico di questo “negozio” Il locale è molto più di un semplice bistrot: è uno spazio che unisce cucina naturale, erboristeria, fitocosmesi e vendita di prodotti biologici e biodinamici. Un luogo curato e accogliente dove benessere e buon gusto si incontrano.

L’atmosfera è tranquilla e raffinata, con decorazioni floreali e dettagli che richiamano le origini erboristiche del posto. Ho assaggiato tre piatti: hummus di ceci con cruditè, insalata di farro con gamberi giganti e sedano e finocchi gratinati. Tutto fresco, ben preparato e con sapori equilibrati.

Un dettaglio che ho apprezzato particolarmente è stata la gentilezza del personale, in particolare di una ragazza bionda che mi ha colpito per la sua disponibilità, eleganza e cortesia: una presenza discreta ma attenta, che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.
