PizzaNapoli — Restaurant in Milan

Disclaimer: Please note that I am not Italian, so my judgment may not fully align with traditional Italian taste and standards. Nevertheless, I wanted to share my experience.

While not the most extraordinary pizzeria I've visited, it does have its own charm.

The highlight is undoubtedly their wood oven pizza. The crust has a nice, rustic texture, with a slightly charred flavor that adds character. It's a classic style that may not blow you away, but it satisfies those pizza cravings. The toppings are where this pizzeria shines, with a good selection of fresh ingredients that add a burst of flavors to each slice.

The service is decent overall. The staff is friendly. While it may not be the most polished service, it gets the job done.

This is for the Milan location. The food here was disgusting. I ordered a plate of steamed vegetables. They had been sitting out for a long time and were microwaved. They were soooo oily, uneatable! Then I got the veal. I took one bite and spit it out. I think most of the reviews here are for their pizza. Since I am gluten intolerant, I couldn’t have pizza but I surely wish I did, as the food went to waste and the money was thrown out. They also had a dog inside that kept coming to my table and jumping on its twos to get my son’s food. I like dogs, but not at a restaurant when...

Nice little unpretentious venue. Aperitif was very nice and nice cold cuts, crisps and peanuts to accompany our Aperol Spritz. Pizza was very very nice. It may have needed another 40 seconds in the oven as the cornicione was a little undercooked on one side, hence a little wet and chewy on one side. This is why 4 stars to the food, but deserves 5.
