Poke House - Nirone — Restaurant in Milan

I really enjoy the ability to create my own dish. You see the ingredients and choose whatever you like. They have three sizes - small, regular, large. I go 90% for the regular one which composed of base (you can choose rice quinoa ..), 4 greens (different veggies, avocado, mango…), and 2 proteins. Lots of fish (salmon it’s the best, raw or cooked), some chicken and cheese, but also vegan options as nuggets or tofu. Sauce and oil. And toppings as nuts and seeds. Abitiamo a un minuto a piedi da questo ristorante, arriviamo mezz’ora prima della chiusura e la ragazza ci dice scocciata che sta per chiudere. Le diciamo che volevamo mangiare una cosa molto veloce e che se non è possibile lo ordiniamo e ce lo portiamo su a casa. Le infastidita accetta di farci consumare lì. Una volta che abbiamo ordinato e ci stava preparando il poke ci informa che era finito l’avocado e un altro ingrediente che le serviva per la preparazione. Le diciamo che non fa niente, se ci mette un’altra cosa va bene lo stesso. Le ci prepara controvoglia due poke miseri con un cucchiaino di riso anche se avevamo scelto la misura grande. Io era da un po’ che non mangiavo da Poke House e avevo un bel ricordo, quindi lo volevo far provare al mio fidanzato. Ma è stata una vera e propria delusione.sia per la scortesia della cameriera, sia per la qualità scadente del cibo, sia per la quantità veramente misera, sia per il prezzo perché spendere quasi 40 euro per un cucchiaino di riso con 4 verdure e una bottiglia d’acqua (la vaschetta di misura GRANDE che avevamo scelto era riempita a un terzo!!! E siamo tornati a casa con la fame…) Veramente peggiorato!!!! Pessima scelta andare a mangiare lì! NON LO...

It was the worst poke I’ve ever had. I ordered a basic one with salmon and except for the salmon, the other things were tasteless. Rice was not even sushi rice and avocados were gone bad. The sauce had no flavour because they used it in a minimum amount.

Besides the staff were not that friendly, there was no wifi. And the place looks cute but the chairs are...
