Impasto 55 — Restaurant in Naples

So pleased with our visit to impasto 55. The pizzas were great although a bit heavy on cheese.

There were a number of other customers but not as much as another local pizzeria that we had attended the night before. That restuarant was cramped and the lights were so bright and off putting. If you want a more intimate venue then this is the place to go. The atmosphere was much calmer.

Don't be influenced by lots of customers and long lines for other venues. I would say Impasto 55 is the place to go if you are in the area.

Service - miles better than most places. Probably the best service we have had.

Impasto 55 is an excellent pizzeria in Naples and, in my opinion, one of the best I have tried.

The pizza here is truly impressive: the taste is rich, the dough is thin and fragrant, and the toppings are generous. Everything is prepared with soul. The portions are large—you definitely won't leave hungry.

The service is very fast and organized. The staff is polite, and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality you get.

Conclusion: I can confidently recommend this place as one of the best in Naples for lovers of authentic pizza.

I love this place so much I keep coming back when I pop through Napoli (my 5th meal here this trip!). If you’re in town this is THE PIZZA spot. The pizza is perfection. The Flower is incredible, the squash blossoms are so fresh, the whipped ricotta dots on top are heavenly and the thin slices of meat add the perfect amount of salt. They have a pistachio dessert that is a pistachio cream between two cookies. I ate every bite, it wasn’t too sweet, it was just perfect. My wine glass was always full and the servers are so kind, friendly and funny! I watched the owner go around to every table to make sure they were happy and enjoying their meal.
