Starbucks - Napoli Galleria — Restaurant in Naples

Unacceptable experience. The store was dirty, disorganized, and poorly managed. Service was slow, and not a single employee took ownership of the abismal situation.

There was a dog roaming freely near the register, barking and growling at customers. Numerous people looked visibly uncomfortable, and a few even left the store entirely. The staff stood by and did nothing, never attempting to control the situation, confront the customers with the unruly dog, or ensure customer safety.

To make matters worse, two women frequently stood in the doorway smoking, half inside and half outside. Between the smoke drifting in and the dog’s behavior, the environment felt unsanitary, unprofessional, and deeply unpleasant.

When you are paying €6 or more for a coffee at Starbucks, there is a reasonable expectation of cleanliness, order, and a welcoming atmosphere. This location failed on every level. Management should be embarrassed by the state...

This is the only Starbucks I don’t feel comfortable inside. It’s extremely loud and super chaotic. I can’t take my laptop and work there, they have a wifi limit, you can only use it for 2 hours (I’ve never seen this in any other Starbucks in the world).
