This was a disappointing evening. Our experiences in restaurants since we have been in Italy have been tremendous with personable and warm welcomes, engaging staff, and excellent food. This was the polar opposite. The staff were not welcoming, zero conversation, they were off putting, and seemed quite miserable. We did not see one smile. They never asked if we enjoyed the food, wanted a refill on water, or took away empty bottles. They seemed to be going through the motions. We considered that maybe it was just us but as we watched them interact with other tables and it was the same. The restaurant was not full and we were the first guests of the night.

The food was pretty good and well presented. The spaghetti with clams was flavorful but the peppered muscles lacked flavor and freshness. The restaurant is bright and clean. The location is a bit away from the main pedestrian street and easy to access.

With so many wonderful choices in Naples this is not one we would suggest sadly. In the end it was an example of how important an engaging staff is. The food was acceptable but clearly should have...

Really disappointing. We decided to go here for a nice meal on holiday, partly because of the good reviews on google. Compared to the the restaurants in Naples that are 1/3rd of the price, both the food and service are limited at best. When we went to order we were informed that neither of the dishes we wanted were on the menu that day. When we did order, my meal arrived a good 10 mins before my partner's. Both were average and overpriced. Lots of guests, particularly those that ordered the fish were sending them back to the kitchen. No desserts are available. Poor, sarcastic...

Had a a nice dinner there which was spoiled by my two things : The people behind us were talking on the phone for 30 mn with the loud speaker on The staff did think it was an issue

They charged 25 euros for an average pasta dish with some tomato and white fish which was more than the most expensive dish on the menu I mentioned it to the owner since i thought it was overpriced they did not give us the price when we ordered the dinner
