Definitely a 5/5. A friend told us to meet at Politeama because other tourists she had meet recommended it. We had a fantastic dinner. The menu was great. The prices were very reasonable too. We ordered a pasta with tomato sauce and a penne bolognese. Both dishes were outstanding and delicious. Samuel our server was kind, helpful and genuinely caring about our dining experience. We are planning to return during our stay in Palermo!

Absolutely delicious food! Best pasta of my life to date. Service was fantastic and the Aperol spritz was 🤌🏼. Convenient location near the Plaza. Cute outdoor dining area. Will definitely be back before our trip is over!

Io e la mia amica abbiamo preso dei pezzi ,quindi in totale 2,impasto crudo in entrambi,e il problema è stato appunto che ce ne siamo accorte dopo e ora ci ritroviamo con il mal di stomaco,riferendo ciò a chi c’era al banco la sua reazione è stato indifferente e senza alcun interesse,se ne prenda un altro ci ha detto,come se io avessi il coraggio di mangiare ancora qualcosa da loro ,non capendo che io dei 2€ me ne sbatto che il problema è stato l’impasto crudo ,ma essendo a Palermo ,l’ignoranza di certe persone ti lascia senza parole . Incomprensibile,senza valori ,e senza rispetto per il cliente,almeno un minimo colpita io sarei stata al posto suo 😘😉

Came here by accident as nothing around was working at 3pm. If I was looking at Google reviews, I would never come here. As we were hungry and out of options, we stopped and ordered Bolognese. Food and taste was amazing. Service very good. We were with nervous 1.5y/o son, staff really engaged to entertain him while we were eating. When we finished, I took a look at reviews and was very surprised with bad ratings. I would come here again as my experience...

We came here for to days in a row during our stay in Palermo. Our experience is nothing similar to the low rated reviews. Cappuccino and caffe was good, perfect temperature and very tasty. The cornetto’s were crispy. And when my child wanted the piccolo with chocolate, the waiter went and put the chocolate on it.

Even as a tourist I believe the prices were descent. I paid double the amount for the worst coffee ever not to far...
