Leo makes paninis from 1988. That says it all. He is a paninis king. An true artist. He only uses meat from a butcher shop - no big supermarkets, no additives or antibiotics. The photo does not do justice, because I chose a basic panino, but the smell and taste were outstanding. Amasing, not to be missed, experience. Leo and his wife are warm and nice people, it was an honor to know and talk to them, even if briefly ❤️

Leo's the best, he took his time making the paninis for me and my partner because he made them "as if he was making them for himself". He's been doing this since 1988 and he still dedicates time to make each one special. In the meantime, he was an amazing host. As people who live in germany, this gave us like 10 years worth of social positive interactions back. Too bad we found this place on our last day in Palermo but if we visit again, this will be...
