So we just went inside to check the menu and I was trying to check the menu while my friend wanted to use the bathroom and they said strictly only for the restaurant users and we were like okay we will order it and they made faces, so we decided not to eat there and just have some desert and like much options, so we just ordered one tiramisu And the guy came and asked us. Do you want it for the takeaway or do you want to eat here and we were like okay, the place doesn’t look that good and great, and the staff is quite rude. So let’s do takeaway and he said okay and then we started walking Towards to pay to the reception and he be paid, and while when we were walking, they said italian waiters, talk to each other and said that we need to add and another one said they are doing takeaway and they made faces again very rude waiters, and after that, the first waiter who served us and showed us our table. He instantly came after we paid and told us that we cannot do it because we serve in glass containers over here, and we would like this guy said at the reception that we can do a takeaway and then he talk to the reception. Guy went inside the kitchen and took our tiramisu in a plastic container and gave it to us. Literally, the tiramisu looks like it’s half not recommended at all. Do not go there ever. it’s not like somebody will use their bathroom and not order anything right? Because people have that kind of courtesy that they would use the bathroom. Then they would buy something at least the bottle of water or something like to drink like Collar or something, but they were straight very rude, and the humanity is...

I came here upon recommendation from my father who lives a block away. He ordered zuppa di cozze, which was very good. The sauce of my fettuccine with sausage of nebrodi pork was watery and didn't taste great. No nebrodi pork to be found, I can guarantee it...

The 1-star rating though is due to the owner's dishonesty, this is something I cannot forgive. I was charged €7 for a side of spinach listed in their menu for €5 (see attached picture). They charged us €6.50 for ONE glass of catarratto wine, but this is Palermo, not New York!! For that price, here I can buy an entire bottle of that wine. I even searched online for the fanciest catarratto bottle online and the highest price listed was €16.50 (see pictures).

I guess they heard my speak English to my little one and thought they could pull a fast one on me. Avoid this place like the plague or this will happen to you too. Rather, bring your business to a place with honest management that you can trust...

We were having a dinner here. Ordered as a starter shrimp carpaccio and it was not that good, the stumps were not cleaned from feces and there were no strawberry sauce as was said in the menus. For a main dish we had a pizza and crab-pasta, both of them were really good. And the waiter recommended to us super delicious bottles of wine. Service wise I can say that it was awful, they didn’t take care of us as we were expecting. It was very uncomfortable to pour wine from the stand to myself, since the bottle was placed in water and it was wet, in the process of pouring the water fell on the entire table. Prices are quite expensive, for same price range you could get much more comfortable places to eat. Update: we came to this place for second time and took pizza and starter plus same bottle of vine. As were said, pizza is top! This time stuff was a bit different and we took a table on the left part of restaurant (where the pizza oven is, a bit warmer but much more beautiful part of restaurant).
