The employee received us in a tactful manner at 20:10 and we were happy with the atmosphere in the street, at 21:00 the food did not come, the drinks were heated, the employee changed them with cold drinks, the owner of the restaurant justified the delay with a mistake I do not know what, at 21:10 the food began to come and intermittently every Five minutes..... After five minutes we went out and paid and left the table and we couldn't finish the food because of the bad ingredients used... The owner of the restaurant is very annoying.... Der Mitarbeiter hat uns um 20:10 Uhr taktvoll empfangen und wir waren mit der Atmosphäre auf der Straße zufrieden, um 21:00 Uhr kam das Essen nicht, die Getränke wurden erhitzt, der Mitarbeiter hat sie durch kalte Getränke ersetzt, der Besitzer des Das Restaurant begründete die Verspätung mit einem Fehler, ich weiß nicht, was, um 21:10 Uhr begann das Essen zu kommen und zeitweise alle fünf Minuten das Essen wegen der verwendeten schlechten Zutaten ... Der Besitzer des Restaurants ist sehr nervig .... Wenn alle Ihre Kunden Fremde und Touristen sind, vergessen Sie nicht den Ruf Ihres Landes .... Ekelhaft und ausbeuterisch ... Nach einer Stunde und 15 Minuten Wartezeit war das Essen sehr schlecht .... Ich habe fast überall Pizza gegessen, aber das Schlimmste war in Italien und leider in Ihren Restaurant

L'employé nous a reçu avec tact à 20h10 et nous étions contents de l'ambiance dans la rue, à 21h00 la nourriture n'arrivait pas, les boissons étaient chauffées, l'employé les a changées avec des boissons froides, le propriétaire du le restaurant a justifié le retard par une erreur je ne sais quoi, à 21h10 la nourriture a commencé à arriver et par intermittence toutes les cinq minutes. la nourriture à cause des mauvais ingrédients utilisés... Le propriétaire du restaurant est très ennuyeux... Si tous vos clients sont des étrangers et des touristes, n'oubliez pas la réputation de votre pays... Dégoûtant et exploiteur. . . Après une heure et 15 minutes d'attente, la nourriture était très mauvaise. . . . J'avais des pizzas presque partout mais le pire était en Italie et malheureusement dans votre restaurant

Never been served a pizza this bad. Went in this place on my holidays. I was expecting to taste a good quality italian pizza. I regret choosing that place. I dont even know if i was ever so disappointment in my life about a pizza. I was quite hungry. I waited around 15 min for the pizza to arrive. And it arrived with so much water in it (i guess it was the tuna water that hasnt been take off) The pizza dough was all soaked and soggy. Disgusting. Couldnt even take the piece and eat it for how mushy it was. I talked with the girl working there showing her the amount of water on top of the pizza, she answered me with a " i prefer it this way", such a bad customer service. That pizza wasnt edible in that state i would have prefered them acceptinf the fact that yes the pizza wasnt alright like that offering me another one. I spend money on a wasted place. I hope they close soon, this is how much disappointed they made me feel. I wish i could upload the videos i took. So...

Food: we ordered 2 salads that cost 10/12€. Instead of a salad we got a very small portion (half a tomato and half a small burrata). It was away too expensive, you would pay the same for it in swizerland. The pizza was okey but not the best.

Service: They got our drink orders wrong at first, even tho we spoke italian. They also brought the food without bringing any cutlery.

Atmosphere: the people on the table next to us and in front of us were also very unhappy with the food and service. Also the owner of the restaurant was very rude. We gave her a feedback about the food and the prices and she told us “we should just go eat somewhere else then”. They also didn’t give us a receipt they just told us the price. When we asked for a receipt it turned out to be a cheaper price than the one they told us (2€)

Overall very bad experience, a total...
