I wrote a review last night and got a s@thy response firm the owner or manager. For some reason i thought i might have made a mistake so i deleted my review because i wanted to be fare. Well i was wrong we did eat there and it wasn't very good. I said that i think you need to be drunk to like authentic Italian food because our experience in italy has not been good. The food is really plain and nothing to get excited about. It was the same at this restaurant. Not very good really boring. They serve really boring cold bread with no flavor. I saw this place has good reviews so we thought it would be good. It might be for locals but to us it was very plain and nothing to talk about. The response from this restaurant was so unprofessional and really embarrassing for them. I stand by what i said you might need to be drunk to like this food. We’d even had a decent hamburger waiting at Milano Malpensa to fly to Palermo. We asked for medium rare and got medium well. The “Angus” meat was pre-seasoned , pre-made, and probably had flour in it. Anyway, not a burger made from a quantity of ground beef, formed, and thrown on the grill. It was horrible. Read more50/50 ...One good one just OK! Nice enough place, bistro looking, small and intimate. Decent selection on the menu if you are looking to eat meat, which we were. Presentation of food is good, wine was very nice and at 18 euros we felt worth the money. Starters were ok, nothing to rave about. Main courses of steak and roasted veg was what split the result. Mine was sirloin. Cooked as I asked but chewy and had plenty of gristle so not a pleasure to eat. My wife's steak was fillet which was very good and she enjoyed every mouthful.
