Bar Mod cafè Bistro — Restaurant in Pisa

I’ve never been treated so poorly at a café. From the moment we walked in, it was obvious the staff didn’t want us there. Every question we asked seemed to upset them. They rolled their eyes, shook their heads, and acted as if we were an inconvenience just by trying to place an order. The entire interaction was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Rather than a friendly atmosphere, we were met with nothing but irritation and disdain. It felt like we were disturbing their day by simply being customers. When we finished ordering and tried to sit down, one of the staff waved us off in a condescending, almost mocking way.

Despite being the only customers, we waited exceptionally long for our pizzas. The service was quite slow.

The pizza plates provided were smaller than the pizzas themselves, which made cutting and eating the pizza a challenge.

Regarding the taste, the pizza ranks among the worst I've ever had in Italy. It didn't resemble pizza at all. Even the sauce seemed like ordinary tomato sauce.

The ham on the pizza was either old or of exceptionally poor quality. It was simply unbearable to eat.

The only positive aspect was the external products like bottled beer. However, I suppose it's hard to ruin that.
