Food: Vegan tiramisù is not a tiramisù at all but a soft pudding (where are the savoiardi and coffee?!). It was ok.

Atmosphere: the music was too loud so that it eas hard to have a conversation.

The service at the table was ok but there is no available customer service reachable at the phone. First we tried to book a table the day before our visit and there was no answer during the whole day. Thankfully there were tables available. After the meal we left and realised just later we forgot a bag there. Called the same number and got an answer: we were told the answering person is not at the restaurant but they would call in to check for the bag and put it in a safe place. Premessa: ho un’allergia alimentare all’uovo, per cui non mi è possibile mangiare il tiramisù in alcun ristorante, a meno che non vi sia qualche opzione vegana; infatti, sono stata in questo locale il 30 Marzo 2024 proprio dopo aver saputo della novità del tiramisù vegano. Sono stata accolta dai camerieri Jasmine e Francesco, che, oltre a spiegarmi gli ingredienti da cui è formato il tiramisù vegano, mi hanno raccontato che l’idea di questa ricetta sia nata proprio per permettere anche alle persone con allergie di poter mangiare da loro. Mentre eravamo al bancone, è arrivato un altro dipendente del posto, Franco, che mi ha avvisata del fatto che il preparato del tiramisù vegano fosse terminato; sinceramente ci sono rimasta male, spiegando dell’allergia e dicendo che fossi venuta solo per quella tipologia di tiramisù. Così, Franco non ha perso tempo ed è corso in cucina a preparare la crema vegana per permettermi di gustare il tiramisù. Anche Jasmine e Francesco non hanno desistito un attimo a cercare di accontentare me e i miei amici, accogliendoci con gentilezza e precisione.

In foto il tiramisù vegano, semplicemente PERFETTO; Franco mi ha pure detto di aver messo il pistacchio sotto e sopra, farcendolo il doppio!

Sono rimasta entusiasta non solo per il gusto del dolce, ma anche per la gentilezza e la prontezza con cui è stata preparata da capo la crema del mio tiramisù nonostante fosse terminata, con l’aggiunta di questo commento: “Abbiamo creato questa ricetta per le persone allergiche, se queste arrivano da noi non possiamo non farle trovare il tiramisù” da parte di Francesco.

This was a disappointing experience. We ordered the plate with 5 small tiramisu samples and 2 coffees, and the total was €21, which already felt overpriced.

What made it worse was that the prices were not the same as on the menu, and they even added an extra item to the bill. When I asked about it, they said, “It’s the service charge.” Instead of being honest and showing it clearly, they just added it as a fake product.
