Really unfriendly and disrespectful, our waiter actually treated us differently than all other tables and did not consider us. Long story short: Second time I go there. I already thought it was a bit overpriced for Pisa, but this time we were 3 and we all left angry because of the treatment of the waiter - the big bald one - that got our table. When we talked to his colleague, totally different situation: really calm, helpful and kind. At the end, we tried to express to them this feeling about the overall experiemce, and we basically got a very disrespecful response from the first one (whilst the second actually was being sorry about it).
