The waitress was friendly, but we had to wait more than 1 hour. We ordered a tunasteak and bolognese penne, both of them was dissappointing. The tunsteak was overcooked and tasteless, Riomare would have been better. The penne was undercooked and i don’t think it was bolognese because there wasn’t any tomatoes in my plate. Look at the pictures. Totally NOT recommended!

We stopped by this cool little bar (next to their pizzeria and their restaurant) for a beer to rest in the shade during a hard day’s shopping. Excellent Hugo Spritz! The server gal was quick and friendly, speaking good English too. We didn’t eat, but the pizzas flying by looked and smelled amazing! We definitely would’ve eaten here if the timing was right.

Ate here this evening (Tuesday 2nd September 2025) and it was excellent. Every table was taken outside on the square, which is always a good sign. We had 2 soft drinks, a calzone and a pizza, and it all came to €26.00 which was brilliant value. Portion sizes are huge and filling. Would recommend to any folk from Scotland or the UK visiting Pisa!...
