Tourist trap! They've charged us a menu and they just served a dry salmon and 8 potatoes (for 15 euros you can get better one block away with better taste), when the receipt came, I claimed that the dish was not a menu but just a fish, so the person in charge began to complain in Italian), when I was leaving the place, I saw same fish as a menu with vegetables, bread and potatoes; maybe because the customer was Italian and I was not? Came across this place while walking and have to leave a review to compliment the staff ! Only wanted a sandwich and the choice was great and food choice excellent with a couple of glasses of wine ! Very impressed on the male waiter with his lovely manner and impeccable hygiene . We had requested a knife from the waitress and while we waited saw him come out of kitchen area and thoroughly wash and dry his hands before lifting a knife and washing it before handing it wrapped in a napkin to us! Breakfast place serving American and European style breakfast and Espresso. Pastries, made-to-order big breakfast such as eggs & bacon or eggs/avocado toast, yogurts, etc. My breakfast was OK and the cappuccino was good. Seems to cater to tourists, as it is located close to a metro stop and Vatican City. The menu is available in English and the staff speak English quite well.
