FOOD POISONING - CAUTION ⚠ DO NOT EAT HERE
Went here for some dessert, not a full meal, and we ordered tiramisu and anana (Pineapple).
We appreciate them seating us just for dessert as we already had dinner.
The tiramisu couldn't even be finished because it was just some cup of cream and cake not even sure this could be called tiramisu.
The worst part is when we ordered the pineapple we had to change it for takeaway because of the amount of ignorant bad Italian locals who think smoking cigarettes right next to pregnant women is acceptable, the audacity of these people to see pregnant women next to you and light a cigarette hence the reason we asked for the pineapple to go.
We pay while we have the pregnant women wait in a safe spot away from the smoke. They bring the pineapple out on an actual porcelain plate which they had to problem getting rid of.
The pineapple was actually sweet and not bad but I really wished I NEVER ordered it because it was the pineapple that gave us food poisoning which some of us are now sick from a virus thanks to that - DO NOT ORDER THE PINEAPPLE OR PREPARE FOR FOOD POISONING which can ruin the entire trip.
Stay away from this place - there are literally two or three restaurants down the street that are WAYYYYYYY better and more authentic.
I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE - EAT HERE AT...
Read moreI've been in Rome for 4 days and have been 3 times. Despite looking, I can't find better value anywhere. €15 for a three course meal, and that's not a starter, main and dessert. It's two mains and a dessert. The first dish is always a pasta and the second a meat dish. The desserts are also lovely. My recommendation would be the lasagna followed by the veal. You can't go wrong with anything though. The staff are also lovely. I got the best service here of anywhere I have ever been. The waiters are very friendly and remembered us when we returned. The pizzas are also lovely and quite large. The wine recommendations were also very good, although with the quality of the wine served they couldn't really suggest anything bad. If I return to Rome, eating here will be 90% of the reason I do. I can not recommend this restaurant enough. If any of my friends or family are traveling to Rome or even nearby I will be recommending that they eat here almost...
