A scandalous, thieving hive of greed presided over by the reptilian owner.

The cafe is a scam to fleece Italians as well as tourists alike their hard earned holiday money.

The price is 6 euro for one caffe latte. How is that even possible? Is it to make the 8 euro panini look more reasonable? Or the 6 euro small cake? Or is it simply a haggard leech owner spotting another opportunity to suck a few additional euros out of her prey (/customers)?

There is a moment when paying 3.50 euro for a small bottle of water dawns on you and you realise you will have to hand over nearly 50 euro to the slobbering addlepate of an owner. 50 euro. Imagine that - 50 euros. For two coffee, two panini, a water and a cake.

When I received the bill, I took it back to my table to work it through with my girlfriend - something couldn't be right and I just wanted to translate everything into English to understand the price.

The owner went to get her daughter and her boyfriend to come down and stand by the checkout - presumably as a physical threat/deterent. I'm not sure if a 5 foot tall wheezing gasbag is a deterrent or simply the appropriate foot soldier to prop up this slimey establishment.

Genuinely, please, read these reviews and avoid this place. Don't give these preying scum any more money. Internet reviews are powerful tools to let businesses know when they suck - this place truly sucks. Sucks hard. An embarresment and a stain on this wonderful city - paying an arm and a leg for the privilege.

If you do respect yourself don't go to this place! The staff are the rudest and most unwilling to serve you in all of Rome. We visited this place with the prospect of eating and drinking something but there were no prices anywhere and when we asked the cashier she seemed impatient and tired of talking to us and telling us the prices we asked for. In the meantime one member of our group visited their toilet, and the rest of us decided finally not to sit there as the prices were outrageous and out of reality and maybe fake, without offering anything special becauce the variety of goods was really poor. When our friend came back from the toilet they asked her to pay 2€ for using their restroom and when she told the cashier that she was not informed about the charge before entering the restroom, the cashier (she) started cursing at her and talking to her badly and aggressively and finaly she was so enraged that called our friend with the "p...na" word!!! Totally an UNACCEPTABLE behaviour!!!! Of course we paid the 2€ and wanted to file a complaint about the incident however we considered it was a waste of time to deal with them, as when we were finally leaving the place both the employees and the "owner" (at least that's how she was introduced to us as the "owner") continued to curse at us. I came and asked if I can sit inside because it’s too hot and the man told me to come on, there was a lady who was cleaning the chairs. So since I was sent to her I came and asked if I can sit somewhere but she started speaking Italian and in a minute she literally started shouting at me for no reason. I went out and people who were outside asked if I need a bodyguard just because she was so loud. I don’t think that it’s is good way to treat your guests at all. I’m sure if I were not just a tourist she would have thrown something in me. Very nice place if you want to be abused. Worst experience ever, I will never come to this place again. After I sat outside and made an order it took them long just to bring water. One of the waitresses was nice and cute but the second one which I asked to bring me a napkin because I was crying because of the wind just rudely answered me something. I asked her if she understood my question and she just turned around and left. Then there was a surprise that there was 3eur fee. Some people will be rude and will shout at you and you will pay them 20% of your bill for that having no idea about the fact tha there would be a service fee. The food was ok but not perfect.
