So I was craving for some hommous and falafel, and some food that tastes like home but sadly i found none of this here...
The three stars are for; 1) the shop is clean and the bathrooms are surprisingly clean. 2) the price is moderate for what you see in the pictures i paid 10 euros. 3) the place is halal and the location it's not that bad.
Now the bad things here are the crucial things, the food doesn't taste that good, the rice was decent but the sauce and the kebab meat wasn't that good, the meat lacked tastes and it was kinda raw ( which is always bad ). The thing that made me write this review was the hommous! It tastes like بايت as if it was made a week ago and they are still selling it, the falafel was cold and i regret buying the hommous and falafel here, no lime or spices or whatsoever. Last star was lost by the guys in the restaurant, they are not friendly at all, i even tried talking with them in Arabic but nothing, then he called me out because i forgot to pickup a tray. This place was pleasant for both it's food and the customer service. Met some lovely staff members from Syria, Iraq and Egypt and they were friendly and even allowed me to take some juice in from another shop. The food was all nice. The staff are friendly and there is always a line of varying lengths
The salad is fresh and there are many options available and there seems to be a few regulars.
The problem is the hummus , it’s over blended, the chickpeas are lost, it’s rather bland
Good hummus is amazing. I am afraid that this lets everything you put it on is not going to taste right
Shawarma should be a vibrant and diverse as the spice’s will allow
