I was staying near this restaurant so one of the nights we decided to try it.
Unfortunally it was a very disappointing dinner. We had to wait in line and it started already bad because there was a person in line that knew the staff and he was already having a better treatment than the rest of us. He was the last in line, and was called before everyone else.
We didn't had to wait too long and Alex, who served us, was very nice. The problem didn't came from him.
Another worker, a young man, was supposed to bring us the food. We waited 15 minutes for a Focaccia that never came. After the 15 minutes, we asked what was the problem, and after we were already eating our pizzas, he finally came with the focaccia. Obviously we told him to return it, because it didn't made sense to be eating the entry with the pizzas.
We saw that he messed up a lot of the orders for other customers too.

There was one other waiter who served us, who were funny and friendly, but I don’t know his name. Everyone who worked there seemed to be in a good mood, by smiling and being kind.
We ordered carbonara, which was nice, but had way too much sauce. The pasta drowned in the sauce. The dessert was OK. We ordered panna cotta with strawberries. Good selection of wine.
We asked the staff to queue some Italian music that we’d heard earlier, and they said yes, and turned down money for it, even when I offered. That was really nice. Thank you to the manager for saying yes!
This restaurant is recommended by us, since it had such service minded and friendly staff (again, a big shoutout to Ioana!), and the...

We ordered the Parma pizza, which was divine, featuring a perfectly crisp crust and high-quality ingredients. The gricia pasta was incredibly flavorful. The house red wine was surprisingly robust and paired beautifully with our meal.
For dessert, the tiramisu is an absolute must-try; it was one of the best we've had. A special thanks to our server, Alex, who was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience even more memorable. We can't wait...
