Wood Oven Pizza — Restaurant in Rome

Crying hell. I have heard about Al dente before. But these noodles have been so undercooked, that I can consider myself lucky that I still have teeth. Soup was definitely canned. Generally to expensive, food quality is very low. Not even in another country I would consider that to be anywhere near Italian Cuisine. Terrible hygiene, stay away! Right after we sit at a table the staff brought a huge garbage bin from the street, the waitress opened the lid with bare hands began trowing waste in it, seconds after this she was cutting bread without washing her hands, she touched all the spoons, forks and knifes, than prepared our table and served us the bread.!
