If you are tired of eating at the Roman trattorias, Ginger is a good place to take a break. It is healthy eating with organic food. The first Ginger was opened on Via Borgognona a few years ago. It usually gets totally jammed at lunch hours with a long queue of people, mostly tourists, waiting to get in. Upon its success, this one opened on Sant Eustachio about a year ago. Not dissimilar to a frozen meal taste that is mass produced in your supermarket freezer.
