Rude rude rude !!!!! Very bad management and waiters ! We were sitted in a table by one waiter and after 10 minutes the manager asked another waiter to move us to another table ! Because according to him there was another costomers ordered food and we didn’t order yet !! That was a lie by the way!!! Also he was rude intalking to us when he told us that no body offer you this table ((( although we were sitted by his colleague first and we explain that to him but he pretend that he didn’t hear any thing from us and he separate the table in a souvage way with bad temper!!! ))after this He offer us another table to take us too but when we were on our way to it other customers came and sat on the table Before us !!! He told us then you should stand and wait for another table !!! He didn’t even apologized about this awful situation!! And he told us just wait any another table to be available!! Although our previous table was empty and no body came to sit on it !! It was awkward and shameful on them to deal with their costumers in this bad manners !!

I returned back to ask the manger that this is not decency and he even didn’t apologize about it ! But again even the manager didn’t apologize and he asked us in a rush voice ((just wait for a table !!))

So we decided to go for another restaurant which is more decently and well mannered with his customers.

We don’t recommend this place for any one .

Shame shame shame on them !

After all they reply to my post with so civilized way !!!! Thank you for confirming my point so,,,, This resturant have no manners to the visitors at all ! And if the manager him self don’t know how to respect people and don’t know how to apologize to visitors when they apply something wrong then you should close your restaurant and find another job without dealing with decent people specially if you don’t know how to act as one of them! ((( regarding civilization thing ! It’s obviously that this resturant don’t have...

From the second we walked into this „restaurant” we regretted choosing this place. Right at the entrance, we were “greeted” by a racist host who looked at us with utter disdain and mumbled something under their breath. No smile, no welcome, just a cold, dismissive attitude that made us feel like intruders rather than guests. Then he decided to first sit people who were behind us in the queue as they were from the same background. Absolutely shocking behaviour.

We tried to shake it off, hoping maybe it was just one staff member having an off day. But unfortunately, the terrible attitude seemed to be a theme. When we asked a couple of questions, he looked annoyed and gave short, sarcastic responses, as if we were wasting his precious time by simply being there. Every interaction felt like a chore, and the entire staff seemed more interested in socializing with each other than paying attention to customers.

Things took a turn for the worse when after 5 months we got a writing response from management, hoping they might improve the experience or, at the very least, listen. The so called manager would like to see himself as “competent” but failed miserably. He wasn’t even pretending to care and had no intention of actually addressing our concerns.

This place has mastered the art of pretending to care while being entirely clueless about hospitality. Between the rude staff and the faux-competent management, this restaurant is a nightmare from start to finish. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere where they actually value their customers.

As the saying goes: „mirror, mirror” - Staff presents same values learnt from poor, undereducated...

Now if you saw the previews I’ve given about restaurants I’ve been to, you’ll see I don’t whinge, I give credit where credits due and I critique food etc honestly.

So it’s with regret that I must review this restaurant with a poor rating. We read with positivity the 5 star reviews and thought this will be a nice place.

We were seated without reservation in a nice table. Waited a little bit before orders were taken. Meals were served promptly, and then it began to unravel.

Lasagne was nice, not wow. Beef strips with avocado was tender but the beef had that taste it was cooked in its own juices not flash fried to brown before being plated.

We ate, our table was cleared, and then silence. We were ignored for the rest of the evening. I wanted to have dessert. Most would get up and pay the cheque and leave but we turned it into an humorous experiment. We just sat there while other tables got served, cleared, people lined up outside that could have had our table but we were determined to see how long this would go for.

We had multiple waiters walk past and no attention. Should I have got their attention, maybe, but they should also be a lot more situationally aware of there tables and customers.

So while I’m typing this we are at about 45 minutes of sitting and waiting since dinner.

Poor, poor poor service. Busy or not. And we are Australian tourists and we have been pleasant to our servers since...
