We entered this "restaurant" only because we ran out of alternatives. Our first impression wasn't bad due to the rustic design and the cozy pizza oven. The waiters took our order quickly and professionally, but then our experience only got worse. We waited around 45 minutes for our food to arrive, which is normally not a problem, but I saw them making the food in a period of five minutes. The food arrived COLD and tasted not how it should taste. The Bolognese was ice-cold, and my carbonara sauce looked like it was only made out of egg yolk. The cannelloni... just look at them down below. Don't get me wrong, prepping meals is normal and mandatory, but if I see them taking the food out of the fridge, packed in a takeaway box and just putting it in the microwave for two minutes, it doesn't look, feel and taste like quality food. The guys at the table next to us returned all their pizzas because they were all burned. Some of my noodles were badly stuck together due to the questionable meal-prepping process.

Absolutely incredible!! If I could give it 10 stars I would! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We dined in after our reservations with another restaurant down the road didn't go as planned and I'm so glad for that, because it was meant to be!! The food was incredibly fresh we ordered their pasta pizzas salads (everything we had was amazing), their craft beers and spritz where great and the staff where on top of every detail and very friendly. We had a fabulous time, so kind and generous to us! If I ever find myself in Rome again.... you'll know where to find me!!

My husband and I came here for our first dinner in Rome and we both loved our meals. I have celiac and ordered a gluten free quinoa pinsa and it was the best pizza I have ever had. The owner assured me that my pinsa would be cooked in the same oven, but on a gluten free surface to avoid cross contamination. My husband ordered a regular Pinsa and loved every bite as well. We recommend this restaurant for anybody looking for an authentic roman style dinner with friendly service! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.

I'm utterly disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant. My anticipation turned into a feeling of being scammed due to the misleading pictures on the menu. The images painted a different story, leading me to believe I'd receive something resembling what was showcased. Unfortunately, I ended up with a pinsa topped with mushrooms and sausage, a far cry from the varied ingredients depicted in the menu's images.

Paying 13 euros for a pinsa that left me entirely unsatisfied felt like a complete waste. While the staff LATER mentioned that I could choose ingredients, the waiter failed to communicate this properly. Notably, even though I ordered in Italian, the waiter seemed incapable of understanding whether I wanted pizza or pinsa.

My disappointment was amplified by the fact that it was my birthday, and this experience completely soured the occasion. To add insult to injury, despite bringing up the issue, I was required to pay the full amount for what I can only describe as a scam. There was no attempt at a discount or even a simple apology.

Even the Spritz cocktail I ordered differed significantly from what was portrayed in the menu. The entire experience was an unfortunate waste of money.

I wouldn’t complain if the picture was right and if there was no confusion at the end. As a consumer I don’t want to pay for...

Listen to the bad reviews, they are telling the truth.

We went here after the restaurant we intended to go to was closed - this was next door and seemed busy and reasonably priced.

We sat down and told the owner we were ready to order, we were dismissed by him and then waited another 15 minutes to be served.

We waited an hour for the food to arrive, and it only came after we had to ask the staff if the food was actually coming. I understand that sometimes it can take a while for food to come out, but we watched people who arrived after us being served, recieving their food, eating and then leaving before we even got ours. The staff did not apologise or acknowledge the long delay which added to our poor experience.

The waiter we had was friendly and the atmosphere was lively. However, this did not make up for the food which was below average.

We ordered the margherita and some pasta - the pizza base was thin, floppy and burnt and the pasta was overcooked. Both things generally tasted below average which isn’t what we expected from a restaurant with good reviews in Rome.

Obviously not every restaurant in Rome is amazing, but the bad reviews were exactly what we had experienced.

We hope the restaurant can take the feedback in these reviews constructively and improve, as it is in a nice location and has a...
