I ordered a yogurt with fruit and granola and a decaf coffee. When the yogurt arrived it looked very appetizing, but there was very little amount of fruit and granola was a bunch of dried oats and not the actual granola that was promised. They didn’t have any options between greek yogurt and regular yogurt, and I didn’t think much of it because the default isn’t usually greek yogurt. They served me the most sour and unpleasant yogurt there could be, I couldn’t even take more than three bites. Nevertheless, I ended up buying a small pastry because I went there for breakfast, so I was hungry. There was ZERO courtesy and ZERO attention paid to how pleasurable my experience should have been, I was only offered after 15 minutes and after I finished my pastry if I wanted them to remake a sweeter yogurt. Mind you, at this point I was already done with everything. I have a heart problem and I asked them for decaf coffee, but I had to also leave that aside because unfortunately my body reacted negatively to the coffee and now I’m not so sure that it was decaf. So not only was the customer service (not the servers) terrible, but my life was also put in danger. I am an influencer and I have been vlogging my experience in different cafes here in Rome, I can assure that this is the worst cafe I have been to so far and I don’t recommend it to anyone. I still had to pay for my yogurt(that was barely touched), and for a coffee a yogurt and a pastry I spent the amount of €18 euros, plus I may need to go to the hospital now. I will definitely share this on...

The café exudes a quaint charm, perfect for a leisurely breakfast or a relaxing brunch. The menu features a variety of Italian favorites, and I was particularly impressed with the perfectly cooked hummus and the excellent coffee – a true testament to Italian culinary finesse. The selection of cakes was both tempting and satisfying, providing a sweet end to my meal.
One of the highlights of Horti Magici is its outdoor seating area, which allowed me to enjoy my meal amidst the tranquil surroundings of the park. It's a wonderful spot to unwind and soak in the Roman atmosphere, especially after a morning of exploring the city.
