Extremely bad service. Not at all friendly. We were 8 people (2 don't drink alcohol, 6 do) but that wasn't to their liking. The non-alcohol drinkers asked for a Coke, but were told that they only sell alcoholic drinks. After several explicit requests for something non-alcholic (how can a restaurant not have anything without alcohol?!?), the waitress finally admitted they do sell Coke. We then ordered a Coke, a Fanta and multiple alcholic drinks (Cocktails & beers) for about €80 so I don't think they had anything to complain about. We were practically the only ones sitting there so we weren't taking away the space for others. I wished they were less rude and more friendly. I wouldn't ever go back there or recommend it to anyone.
UPDATE!!! Since I'm not able to respond in any other way on the post of the owner:
First of all we're not "young guys", we're a family (2 parents + their 3 children (all are 18+) with their partner).
Secondly, we know it's a restaurant, not a bar that is exactly why we instantly asked if you had space for 8 people for ONLY DRINKS. Please don't lie about this, since we really did ask and specify it. Isn't that why you removed the tablecloth and the cutlery?
The initial 4 of us wanted to order a coke, a sprite, a mojito and a beer. (4 of us since my mom was hurt and walking towards the place at a slower pace), when the other 4 arrived they ordered some more (that has of course always been the plan this has nothing to do with guilt, you would have known that if you listened) BTW: some of us ordered even more later on (a new drink, multiple desserts, ...)
Finally, it didn't seem unpolite to support our national team, especially since there weren't even people eating in your restaurant. Should we have seen people, we would have been quieter, but as I already stated we were practically the only ones there. NOTE: If you don't want people watching a soccer game in your restaurant, then don't broadcast it...
I am very sad that you cannot even recognise that it wasn't your finest moment. I hope other guests will have a better experience than we had....

We came in lunch time, me and my husband. The lady greeted us, we sat inside. Everything was ok.
Then, when we started to order it was a situation My husband took a fillet mignon. And I ordered tiramisu & coffee. (That's how had happened, I ate already my lunch and wasn't hungry. )
The lady didn't like my choice, started to pointing on the menu and ask me to order from the main course. I politely explains, that I'm not hungry. And she said: this is a restaurant!
Em, excuse me a lot, but is there written that I must order starter or main course? And why I have to explain myself to someone?
That was such a weird experience. I was about to leave but my husband insisted to stay.
I cannot say that the food was on a great level, to be honest. And it is not because I'm mad. It's true. The fillet mignon was pretty mediocre. The tiramisu cost 7 euros and I cannot say it was remarkable.
So, again, I might be wrong, but it is the first time traveling in Europe, the restaurant is questing my...
Read moreThe food here was absolutely delicious — clearly made with skill and attention to flavour. If this review were based on food alone, it would be an easy five stars.
Unfortunately, the service was a major letdown. The male waiter who served us was rude, unaccommodating, and made us feel like an inconvenience from the moment we arrived. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, he flat-out refused to serve our group, offering no real reason and no attempt at courtesy. It completely soured the mood.
To make matters worse, we were seated downstairs, which had one of the strangest dining atmospheres I’ve ever experienced. There’s a massive TV playing a fake fireplace — and not subtly either. The sound of crackling flames was cranked up so loud we could barely hear each other speak. Even if the volume were lower, the whole setup still felt awkward and off-putting — not somewhere you’d want to sit and enjoy a meal.
It’s a real shame, because the kitchen clearly knows what it’s doing. But between the poor service and uncomfortable setting, I wouldn’t recommend...
