LIME — Restaurant in Rome

I am not usually one to leave bad reviews but in this case it seems necessary. We were very excited to try a fresh poke bowl and switch it up from the usual pizza and pasta in Italy. The service was very fast and our food came out straight away which was great except the rice was undercooked and crunchy and the bowl was saturated in soy sauce making it extremely salty. Nice atmosphere, more on the fancy side, Cosy place and good music. Something between a bar and a restaurant. If you're going there on the weekend making a reservation in advance is a good idea. Dishes from all over the world and all of them really good. Quality is the best and they make sure it's always up your standards. They also have great cocktails of their invention from the classic ones. I love the papaya spritz. Waiters are not only very polite and funny but also very prepared.
