Just skip the restaurant, it’s not even worth thinking about going there. I wouldn’t give a star at all. Haven’t had bad service like that, ever. The service treated us like “the dumb tourists we are”. We ordered specifically sparkling water, they brought us water without frizz. After telling them they exchanged the water bottles and the glasses with non matching ones? Then they started laughing about us, assuming we don’t understand a bit of Italian or body language. At that point we got our food and It was horrible. The “insalata mista” were a few salad leaves, 3 slices of unripe tomato and olives. For my main course I had the Amatriciana. The pasta was undercooked and greasy as hell. We told the waiters that the pasta is undercooked, they laughed again. They took the food and it was gone for like 10 mins. When it came back the Sauce was a different color 2. The pasta was still undercooked 3. The food tasted extremely salty and plain. I really dont know what they did to that food but I couldn’t eat it. I never had food that bad. I hate throwing food away but this time I just had to. We waited a long while to get recognized at all, one waiter even looked us straight into the eyes and ignored us. After finally getting the bill, we paid and left. We heard once again laughter. Not even 5mins later my mom and I started getting nauseous. I don’t know if we both just can’t eat that oily and salty or if the food was...

Service was good as the waiter was very helpful and friendly. Quite a jolly one, I appreciate that.

The starter we got the gluten free bruschetta with tomatos. It was nice, however one of the slices was waaay thinner than the other. I got a nice thick slice, my wife's one was almost like a wafer thing slice of bread. Tasted nice overall but inconsistent thickness of the bread slices.

The main course was okay. I got the fettuccine with mushrooms. It was quite bland to be honest. However it was cooked nicely. Would have preferred it to be a bit more Al dente. Probably wouldn't try that dish again.

My wife got the pesto spaghetti thing (forgot the full name). That tasted very nice and was cooked nicely. My wife thought it was undercooked though but that was just personal preference. Overall good.

The waiter gave us some gluten free cookies at the end for free which was a nice touch.

For a gluten free restaurant, they charge an extra 1.50 for "gluten free". I would take that off because its just unnecessary and not great for gluten free people. However I appreciate that every dish can be made in gluten free version. But charging 1.50 extra is a bit harsh.

Overall, I would say the food was not good value for money. Although the staff was friendly and the environment was good, the food was inconsistent and not the best. We paid 43 euros, which is a lot (no wine! Just a basic starter, two mains and a...

If i could rate this 0 i would. Service and food is SHOCKING. DO NOT GO HERE. There are so many better places around Rome. We came here as we were walking up the street and we’re approached by the waiter. None of them seemed happy just serious. The menu prices are average but they never tell you that you HAVE to pay 10% service charge which is ridiculous for the experience we had. The service is lower than basic if anything its bare minimum. The food here is very mid nothing special about it. It seemed the pasta wasnt fresh neither the pizza. The cappuccino was €8!! And nothing special at all. The salad was the worst part. The “greek salad” was nothing but 4 slices of tomato, feta cheese and lettuce. This is a typical pub side salad. It was so bland and tasteless and cost €15.50!! It was 90% lettuce with no dressing🙄We were asked at the end “everything good?” And we replied no not really the salad was very poor and the waiter just walked off so we called over another waiter to ask about the bill and was told we MUST pay the 10% charge on this awful food. Do NOT go here you will lose your time, money and patience. The waiters just laugh together and look over which is so unprofessional and rude. Why pay service charge for something you cant even class as “service” nothing was offered like bread or any extras which usually are when service charge is paid. Avoid at all costs not worth the...

From the flickering fire nearby, to the huge copper pipes above, this restaurant was a beautiful surprise. The pasta I got was a surprise and in fact was not the worst thing I’ve eaten. In fact I would say it is quite edible indeed. On a busy Friday night, they were virtually empty, allowing us to easily get a seat, and enjoy the beautiful silence only interrupted by the sweet sweet jazz music in the background. On top of that we were offered French fries many times, which after declining we got the luxury of another person at the table getting asked just in case we changed our minds. It was an experience, and due to that was absolutely not the worst thing you can get in Italy. In all, it is a great experience for a traveling American who is afraid of trying the real Italian experience. If you want a nice ease into the Italian culture, this will give you the true American way to experience Italy!

First of all, I must point out that the owner really tries hard, he does his job excellently. Very nice and communicative. The soup was excellent. Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time for the rest of the meal, and the restaurant was only partially full. I wanted to try how they prepare a traditional Roman dish - cacio i pepe, but such a simple dish remained dry and unbalanced. The other pasta was okay. The whole ambiance would benefit from a few paintings to fill the empty walls or some plants, because the ambiance is a bit gloomy. Once again, every praise for the owner.

We were visiting Rome for 3 days from Canada. Being celiac we were careful to search for restaurants that offered gluten free options. We ended up eating here for all of our meals! The food whether gluten free or "normal" was all outstanding! We cannot say enough about the friendly, welcoming staff. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect even brought us some homemade pannacotta and lemon cello as a treat for our last night before we fly home. If you haven't had the pleasure of dining here yet, I assure you it's amazing! Dean and Jen From Canada
