Mirko Pizzeria — Restaurant in Rome

Please note that I love all types of pizza (but not all pizza is equal). Also, I love cold pizza but not all cold pizza is good. This place was highly recommended by a friend so we wanted to check it out. Unfortunately on our last day in Roma, we were short on time but we didn’t want to leave without trying it so we did take out as we were on our way to the train station. We weren’t hungry since we had just eaten breakfast but I’m glad we picked some up because I ended up getting hungry during the 4-hour train ride. Needless to say, all the pizza was cold but all 3 kinds (Margherita, Sausage & Pepper, and Potato) that I got were still so good! Purists may say that eating cold pizza doesn’t do it justice as many pizza ingredients are much more flavorful when eaten warm. I can only imagine how good it would’ve been if I could’ve reheated it. We enjoyed our Margarita, mushroom and Tuna pizzas with each 3 € enough quantity meal for 3 persons, customisable price available based on your need.

The Tuna fish pizza is fresh and taste mind blowing, became my all time favourite - Must try.

A Friendly owner provided great service and recommendations on his best pizzas ( lovly gesture of greetings us by offering some free samples)

Excellent pizzeria. They were very busy when we went and still took 30 seconds or so to explain in English what each option was. Pizza is served by weight, so you can have as many kinds and as much or as little as you like. To other tourists- this place was much faster than even Burger King or McDonalds, and had great pizza. Incredibly quick to serve everyone. I would highly recommend for a quick meal! Just be ready to decide quickly to avoid annoying the many...
