The Gelatist - Via Nazionale — Restaurant in Rome

Visited the branch nearby the Pantheon. Great ice cream but the service from one of the ladies at the shop was very poor. The shop was completely empty when we walked in and we were deciding what flavour we should go for, all out of sudden, one of the employees shouted at us “okay let’s just get it done, let’s keep on moving”. It made us feel as we were not welcomed there and we’ve been rushed for no reason as again, the shop was empty. One of our friends ended up not getting ice cream as all whilst we got some just because we felt like we have to get something as we felt under pressure by her attitude. ( didn’t got her name as nobody was wearing name tags). Will consider going to The gelatist in the future as there are plenty ice cream shops around with better...

Best Ice Cream Parlour in Rome! Not only do they offer a very wide range of ice cream for many dietary requirements, but also sorbets, frozen yogurts and milk shakes. The products are fresh and their flavour is fantastic, very many flavours on offer. Still not the end of it! The also offer other sweet, well crafted sweets, mainly dairy. The staff is friendly, providing efficient service. The portions are massive. So, very good value for money. Not only is the wi-fi free, they also provide mains power supply and USB power sockets. This place was good, but not the best Gelato in Rome, in my opinion. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they offer many flavors of gelato. The problem is that this place is off of a main road, so there's not a lot to see or places to sit and relax while you enjoy your gelato.
