Neve di Latte | Vittorio Veneto — Restaurant in Rome

We stayed at the Marriott hotel across the street, so this was the first place we stopped after checking in. They opened right as we arrived at noon, and a line formed behind us in moments. I hadn’t had gelato since our trip to Austria a year ago and don’t consider myself a gelato connoisseur, but this is my favorite place we’ve tried this trip. Most of the others seemed too aerated and touristy with an overwhelming number of flavors, where this is smooth, dense, and straightforward. Their flavors vary from day to day, and they have the best cones, too. The 90% was too dark for me—and I’m a dark chocolate lover—but the 70% was perfect.

Absolutely amazing. One of the best ice creams I have tried while visiting Rome. They have the tastiest scones and really rich flavors. I tried 4 flavors in total and was amazed by all of them: kinder bueno flavor (don’t know the real name of it) - it had also hazelnuts on top, mango - it was 70% of fruit content and tasted basically like real mango, pistachio - really pleasant and rich taste, and peach - real taste of peach, not artificial, but that applied to all of the flavors I tried there....
